As part of our commitment to your success on social media platforms, Viral Coach, LLC is proud to offer the Viral Coach Program, a comprehensive six-month coaching program designed to elevate your social media presence. This program includes:
• One-year membership to the Viral Coach Skool Group
- Invite up to 6 people from your team
- Training Material, daily clinics, AI Content writing software, editing assets, and more
• Daily 1-on-1 Guidance via Slack
- Expert support for content strategy, feedback, and planning
- Input on content hooks, captions, ad copy, CTAs, and more
• Customized Program Timeline: Tailored to your business needs and current social media presence
• Custom Working Plan & Action Items: Developed based on your unique objectives and input
• Hands-On Support
- Done-With-You Studio Setup
- Done-With-You Scriptwriting for content
- Done-For-You Interview-Style Content (just show up to the call)
• Gear Setup Support for our recommended gear
• Production Management Support
- Ongoing guidance for managing your team in editing and posting
- Active management of your content pipeline to ensure efficient workflow
• Full-Service Staffing for Editor/Social Media Manager: Our team will assist you in the recruitment and hiring of an editor for your team who can also handle posting and standard SMM duties.
• Editor Quality Control and Assurance
- Daily oversight to ensure consistent quality in your video content
- Video Library Database Management
• Automated Posting Setup for All Social Media Platforms: Complimentary software subscription included for the duration of the service term
• Full ManyChat Funnel Integration
- ManyChat account setup & integration with Facebook/Instagram

• Unlimited Private Coaching Calls: Dedicated access to your assigned coach for strategy, problem-solving, and personalized advice.
• Meta Ads Advisory or Full-Stack Management - Guidance for your team, including:
- Meta Ads Manager audit, with specific actionable directions to improve adspend efficiency
- Refined creatives to improve ad effectiveness
- Attribution tracking for organic traffic

Viral Coach Program Payment Terms
Your enrollment in the Viral Coach Program represents your commitment to growth and success in the digital space, facilitated by our comprehensive suite of coaching services. By enrolling in the program, you are availing yourself of our top-tier guidance designed to navigate you towards your goals.
Program Membership Duration: The Viral Coach Program spans a period of six (6) months. We provide complimentary in-house financing, which allows for weekly payments over the course of the service term without incurring any additional costs.
Initial Payment and Access: Upon your initial payment, you will gain immediate access to all program materials and resources, as well as your dedicated coaching team. Within one week of your first payment, an initial Consultation Call will be scheduled to set the stage for your personalized journey through the program. Please note, the fee paid upon enrollment is non-refundable.
Customized Statement of Work: Following your initial payment and your Consultation Call, you will receive a customized Statement of Work tailored to the specific needs and goals of your engagement with the Viral Coach Program.
Cancellation Policy: Should you decide to discontinue your participation in the program after the initial Consultation Call, you may do so by providing written notice to support@viralcoach.com within 24 hours following the call.
Beyond this 24-hour window, once work under the program has commenced, cancellation, termination, or exit from the membership is not permitted without a mutual release agreement between you and Viral Coach, LLC.
This enrollment agreement is designed to ensure a clear understanding of the commitment and investment involved in the Viral Coach Program, underscoring our dedication to your success. By proceeding with enrollment, you affirm your understanding of and agreement to these terms.
